ABOUT US
The Mack Foundation is a nonprofit organization that provides scholarships to minority students of both universities and trade schools. Our contributions provide aid to a variety of students who need it. These funds are awarded to help cover the expenses students incur such as living, dining, travel, and academic supplies. Additionally, for students preparing for their higher education, we offer assistance for campus visits and application fees. It is our belief that financial limitations should not hinder an individual’s ability to pursue a university degree or vocational certificate. We strive to turn this belief into a reality one student at a time.
Our founder Travis Mack is an entrepreneur whose character and work ethic have earned him the praise and respect of his community—as well as an award from the U.S. Small Business Administration. He is a graduate of Webber International University who has continued to pursue his education in various programs from USC, Dartmouth, and Clark Atlanta University. As a child, his mother instilled him with the value of hard work and the belief that everyone deserves the same amount of respect regardless of their perceived social status. The Mack Foundation serves as a way to synthesize these values by enabling individuals of all backgrounds to pursue their education the way Travis continues to pursue his own.
